thank you rosa for responding. she has been hiding this from me for some time and just came clean about it yesterday. she is a 6'0 tall 130 lb. woman . since i've known her she eat her meals extremely fast, i have read on one of the posting that this could be a cause. i fear though that it might be an intestinal restriction. i personally take probiotics and they have helped me with my intestinal issues and have recommended them for her also. she has had a breast cancer scare two years ago. and is also getting numbness in her leg that the doctor has done an mri on and can't seem to figure out the cause. she is 48 years old and is otherwise in reasonably good shape, we have a construction buisness together once again thank for your response, rick
