Unfortunately, we're not doctors; we can only do research and pass on information to you. For something like a combination of medicines, you really need to talk to your doctor.
Why don't you call your doctor's office and ask to speak to the nurse or nurse practitioner or physician's assistant? Normally they will get back to you within 24 hours with an answer to something like this, and you won't even have to go to the office. I realize 24 hours is tough when you're dealing with constipation, but if you call early today, you may get your answer before the end of the business day.
