I have torn cartilage on both sides of my right knee. The doctor drained the knee and removed 55ML of uric acid. It was checked out and found to be ok.
I'm having problems now with a sharp pain across my instep or top of my foot which causes my r leg ot give out and causes me ro almost fall.
What could causes this,
