It is very doubtful that you are pregnant, for many reasons. You mentioned you are taking Yasmin...and this alone (if you are taking consistently and correctly every day) is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy. Using a condom is just a "bonus" for protection against pregnancy.

While you are taking hormonal birth control, you do not ovulate (I can explain more if you're interested).

The blood on the tampon is most likely from leaving the tampon in all night long; there are blood vessels that can slightly burst within the walls of your vagina (it can happen easily, through sex or insertion of a tampon). Your vagina could have been very dry from the overnight tampon, and by removing the tampon, it could have caused a little friction that caused slight spotting. Also, hitting your cervix with the tampon could have caused slight spotting. This is all normal and nothing to be concerned about.

It is important to go to the doctor for a diagnosis of your infection, as an infection could also cause changes in your vagina (possibly leading to spotting).

I am not aware of using tea tree oil to treat a yeast infection, and it could have caused some irritation in your vagina...again, possibly leading to slight spotting.

Has a health care provider recommended using tea tree oil vaginally on a tampon overnight? This does not sound like it is the safest alternative, and it is important to receive a correct diagnosis before beginning any home treatment.
