Hi hnbain and welcome to EmpowHER! Thank you for posting this article and sharing this information with us. I'm sure a lot of people don't give much thought to the increased use of flashing and strobing, and you're bringing up a lot of important points. The quest to get our attention is leading to more of this, plus higher noise volumes as well as making it more and more difficult for people to have any kind of down time in their daily lives. We clearly need to give a lot more thought to what's being projected at us and how it impacts our health and well-being. Thanks for writing! Take care, Pat
