What has your doctor said about your needing medication? If your other ovary is still healthy, you probably would not need any type of HRT (is that your question)?
Your other question about "is this what could be causing the anxiety?": read my above post, and let me know what resonates with you (and answer any questions that you can about how your previous anxiety was treated, what medications you are taking, if you have talked with your doctors, etc).
