Did you have unprotected sex in February? Is it possible that you got pregnant then?
If you didn't have unprotected sex, I don't think there's a problem with your health. I think your period is just late. It's very common for women's periods to be late once in a while (even when they are normally regular) due to hormonal changes in our bodies. You're not even a week late yet; I wouldn't stress about it too much, as that can make things worse.
If I were you, I would give it a few more days and if it still doesn't come, take a home pregnancy test and see if you might have become pregnant this month.
