I'm 15, and got my period at a young age (12), and cramps are really bad for me. Except I have an irregular period, and a heavy flow. So when my period comes, it really hits. Nothing works for me, I've tried most pills, putting my feet up, and more. I've talked to my doctor and they have nothing to say which makes me super upset because they should know.
