Yes, you should definitely talk with your doctor about your symptoms.

A "normal" or "average" period is defined by bleeding that is no more than 7 days, with cycle lengths between 21-35 days. If you are bleeding for 9 days, with a cycle length of 24 days...this may be your norm, or it may indicate an underlying medical condition.

I calculated your cycle length of 24 days by counting the first day of your period as "Day 1", and since you bleed for 9 days (Days 1-9), then have 15 days in-between of non-bleeding (Days 10-24), then another period begins (Day 1), then it can be calculated that you have 24 days (or a "cycle length of 24 days") from one period to the next. I may have mis-read your statement, so be sure that this is accurate!
