Hi! I got diagnose wit diabetes and recently got diagnose wit IgA Nephorpathy. And I know there's no cure for it but to keep ur BP, Chol, and diet control. What I'm wondering is if I could exercise?, and how often can I execerise? Will it be dangerous to execerise??
