The problem with Plan B is that it does mess with a woman's cycles and sometimes makes it really hard (like in your case) to figure this out.

The safest thing to do is to do both. Treat the 12th as your usual period date, and if you go a week late from that date, take a pregnancy test. If it's negative then (and it sounds like it will be), then treat the 22nd as your period date, and if you go a week late from that date, take another test. Again, it will most likely be negative. Because Plan B is a hormonal pill, the effects are individual from woman to woman. But that "period" you had after you took it should have been the uterus sloughing off the blood and tissue that would have been built up in case a fertilized egg had arrived. Because of that, any egg wouldn't have implanted; that's how Plan B works. So it sounds like you aren't pregnant, but that your cycle may be a bit "off" until you get the next one and get back on track.
