I know you said you have tried so many things, but can you tell us what they are?
Has your gynecologist suggested what could be causing the bleeding? Have you been tested for things like fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome or endometriosis? Have you had your hormone levels tested?
How long has the Mirena been in? And what birth control pill are you taking?
