I'm sorry, I know how frustrated you must feel. That being said, you must talk to your doctor. The symptoms you describe could possibly all be side effects of your medication. It may be that you just need a dosage adjustment, or even a switch to another similar drug. If your weight or other factors change, a medication that previously worked okay for you can give you more side effects than previously. That does not mean you will automatically be taken off of it.
It is so important to always have open, honest communication with you health care providers. You are a partner in your care, not just subject to your physician's rulings. If you explain how much the Adderall has helped you and explain the effects you are having, you can openly discuss what the next step will be. The side effects are enough to cause you to post here, that means they are important enough to discuss with your doctor.
