Is there a particular reason you aren't having the blood work and ultrasound done? These will definitely give you the answers you are looking for. Everything you said sounds possible-you could be pregnant, you may have miscarried-it is hard to say without the blood work and ultrasound to tell you. The only other option is waiting, and it sounds like you are far too worried for that.
My advice is to go back to the doctor and have the tests done. They will be able to tell you right away what is going on with you.
