Sometimes I pass gas 15 times sometimes only i have pain & stomach sound which cause embarrassment
so i cannot deal with friends. i apologize when they invite me their home or to party.
Even at work when i have a meeting time.
I have this since 11 months
I refuse to do endoscopy because already i did before 7 years & i have nothing, as doctor said this is
Irritable bowel syndrome.
as i read constipation cause gas, however i try to solve this problem by eating papaya, grape & drink plenty of water.
it's work but not that much.
