This article should have mentioned Lyme Disease as a cause. There is an epidemic of Lyme Disease, 90% of victims go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed. Even CDC recognizes there may be TEN TIMES the number of reported cases. Mainstream medicine is woefully ignorant of the prevalence of this disease. This is nothing short of a public health DISASTER.
