Tazat,

It may be that after this time period when you have stopped and started and stopped and started the pill, your body's hormones have gotten mixed up and are not sure what to do.

It may be that your doctor would tell you that in order to clear this up, you need to take the pill properly for a couple of months -- go through a couple of cycles perfectly -- and THEN try to quit, at the end of a cycle (rather than in the middle of one).

But this is definitely a question for your doctor. She or he needs to know that your body is having this response. Could you call the doctor's office and talk this over with the nurse or nurse practitioner who is on duty? You may not even have to make an appointment.

But either way, whether they need to see you or not, you need their advice to get the bleeding stopped naturally and to get your cycle to return to normal.
