Anon - Cancer is a devastating illness. There are often many signs in the patient's body before the actual diagnosis is made, and often there's pain as well. I'm really not sure how to read your question. Are you concerned about your girlfriend's welfare, or are you concerned about not having sex? People react to a cancer diagnosis in many ways, but for most people their primary concern is whether or not they are going to live and what it's going to take to do so. This can be frightening and overwhelming and it disrupts a lot of things that used to be normal life occurrences, including libido. The best way to help her is to try to better understand what she is facing and to support her in her time of need. Pat
