It would be best to be under the care of a physician who specializes in treating breast disease. Is that possible for you?
Second, your next step should be an ultrasound exam which will provide more diagnostic information about the nature of your cyst. Depending on the nature of the cyst, and the services available to you, you may also need an image-guided biopsy. The removal of the cyst followed by a biopsy (also known as an excisional biopsy) would be a secondary consideration if the less invasive biopsy is not available.
I know you're worried so please keep in mind that almost all cysts are benign and it's highly likely that yours is too. Still, it's important to be treated by a competent, skilled specialist and undergo appropriate diagnosis to be sure.
