I have questions for you. What type of specialists have you seen? I would hope they included a spine specialist. The pain in your head and neck could possibly be nerve pain related to your spinal issues, as could the fatigue, although that probably would not account for the lymph nodes. Another resource that may help you is a dermatome chart. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/imagepages/18069.htm This chart shows what areas of your body are affected by each spinal nerve. So in your case, you would look at this chart and see where the areas innervated by C6/7 are. Those areas may be correlated with some of your symptoms. It is sort of a visual explanation of what areas are affected by what spinal levels.
You say you haven't had any biopsies done. Why is that? I'm wondering how old you are as well, and if you have any other health issues going on.
Does the Oxycontin help keep the pain under control? Are you on other medications? Have you had other testing such as blood work or MRI of your brain?
If you haven't seen a spine specialist, that would be my first stop. Probably a neurosurgical spine specialist because of your symptoms. If you could get back to us with a little more detail, we could try to find some resources for you.
