Hi Melissa - What a beautiful idea! I can feel the excitement in your words as you're writing about planning the event. You remind me of a friend who was left paralyzed by a bullet fired during a random, senseless shooting. Instead of feeling sorry for herself, and dreading the anniversary date of her injury, she's turned the date into a celebration of her new life and of being alive and grateful for the many friends and supporters in her life.
