Unfortunately, there are no "safe" days to have sex. Your cycle may be irregular one month, you may ovulate early/late one month...there is no way to predict this in advance in such a precise manner that we can say that you can 100% have unprotected sex on a particular day without becoming pregnant.
There are fertility awareness methods that woman can use to become more familiar with their body, in order to have a better idea when they are most fertile or least fertile. Your least fertile days would be the days that you are least likely to become pregnant, but again, this is not anywhere near 100% accurate or predictable.
