Can I ask how old you are?

The only suggestion that has been proven effective in tightening muscles in the groin and genital area are called "kegel exercises", and you can read about how to do them here: EmpowHER article: Kegel exercises, aka Pelvic Floor muscle training.

The vagina is a very stretchy, and also resilient, muscle, and I would not worry about being too "loose". If anything, after not having intercourse for several years, you may actually find that intercourse feels a little too tight! Do you have any reason to think you may be too "loose"? This really is a misnomer for many women, as most women's vaginas are perfectly fit for a man's penis, and vice versa.
