Thank you for your question. There is always a chance to become pregnant every time you have sex. Since you took Plan B within 4 hours, you should be fine. Nothing is ever 100% guaranteed though.
To be certain, you of course can only wait to see if you miss your period and if you do, take a home pregnancy test. I wouldn't be too concerned. Could you keep us updated?
