I really can't tell you if you are pregnant. Have you tried a test? I know that after using Depo your hormones can be off for a while, but I would guess after a year they'd be back to normal.
I suggest an over the counter test. Read the instructions carefully, because they are all a little different and people do sometimes make mistakes with them. Usually they say they are accurate about 10-14 days after you've had unprotected sex, so it seems in your case it may be worth doing.
