I'm no expert, but you have to believe me, there's about a 99% chance that it's not about you. Like, at all. I've read some reputable articles about it, either in Reader's Digest or some kind of prominent magazine in psychology, but I can't remember the exact articles so I can't give you a link or any material. What I can recall is that almost all men do this, and for almost all cases it is normal and pushed by natural male biological drive. Most likely it's not that he finds you unattractive or that he's not satisfied by your sexual relationship. It's just how men are.
I'm sorry that you feel this way. The best thing you can do is to sit down and talk to your guy about this. You have to be open with your feelings--and with his as well. Try to understand him and come up with a reasonable compromise.
