hi, after being diagnosed with fribromyalgia in 08 i began an exersize routine utilitzing diet and a work out vidio i purchased from 'the firm'. it was a real struggle at first and i had to go slowly, far slower than the gals in the instructional video. i piugged on tho at my own pace doggedly determined to see if i couldn't take back my health and well being. i measured myself before beginning this exersize and lo and behold i lost 19 inches by the end of 1 month. now i'm in no way pushing that eveyone run out and buy the firm. this was simply something that worked for me and yes, the muscle aches and fatigue retreated to the point where i was symptom free for the entirity of the time i remained disciplined enough to follow through. i say this because this is my weak point. i fall off the wagon every so often for months at a time and yes the symptoms of figromyalgia return each time including the awful fatigue. So its up to each of us to be as pro active with our health as we can. was working out to mild pilates for a time until recentl y when yep, fell off that wagon again. good luck to all
