Any time you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy. So my first suggestion would be if you are not trying to get pregnant, decide what type of birth control you want to use and plan ahead so you don't have to say no in the heat of the moment. Take control of your sexual and reproductive life.
It is hard to say if you are pregnant. What you described could be just irregularity caused by stress, or not. I suggest you take another pregnancy test and see what happens.
We get a lot of these questions. Perhaps reading the other conversations will help you: https://www.empowher.com/condition/menstrual-cycle
The bottom line is we each have to be responsible for ourselves and our bodies. If you do not want to become pregnant, use birth control.
