Yes, anytime you miss 2 or more pills in-a-row and have sex without backup protection (condom), there is a chance of pregnancy. Your pill is only effective at preventing pregnancy when you take it consistently and correctly each time.

If it has been less than 120 hours since you had unprotected sex, you can take Plan B (emergency contraception) to decrease your chances of pregnancy, depending on your age (I believe you must be 15 or 16 years of age; please call the pharmacy to verify). You can get this without an adult's permission and without a prescription.
