I would go to the gym at least 2wice a week, 1 week day and the 2nd a wknd. Doing so for a couple of months has really got me in shape and I feel not only healthier but my energy level has gone up, my appetite has improved, my sleepin habbits have got better too. In saying so, Im a non believer of dieting, in the sense that my theory is, "eat well, work out harder" Yes, in sayin so u do feel it in the gym the amount or what foods you have consumed in the past but I jus double my effort in the gym.
