I am a woman whose breasts have gotten very large since menopause. I went from a D to a G cup. I am in the process of researching the questions surrounding breast reduction. As the article states people look down and whispers are heard when they think you don't notice. The weight has caused my trapeziods to become frozen. Arthritis, stage 3. Cosmetic...hardly.
