It's been a week now, and it's 3 days before my last period, so i thought I'm having my period a little early, but for the first time I'm having vaginal pain (my vagina is itching and It feels like the insides of it are about to explode out. I can't even sit) with spotting (usually I'm a heavy bleeder normally in my period) and the smell is different (i sure know my usual blood smell but this one is different)
What could i have?
