yes there could be . when a male ejaculates about 98 % of the sperm comes out of the penis . but 2 % is still in the urethra . if the man has not uinated atleaste once in between sex there is a good chance that two percent will be in the pre-ejaculation. Pre-ejaculation i made to clean all urine residue out of the penis, so when semen come threw the sperm will not die to toxins in urine. But back to your case, if you did not urinate then there was some sperm in your pre-ejaculation. So it can but its a slim chance. very slim . but dont be one of those people that take the risk if your not ready for parent hood. all it takes is one strong swimmer oout of millions to get her pregnet. If the condom keeps breaking i would try birth control and a condom . (just in case) hope i helped a little -best of luck
