Hmmm... I'm wondering where you got your information that baclofen, "can cause central nervous system depression and syncope, so large doses can be dangerous." I've done a lot of reading about high-dosage baclofen and this is the first time I've read about these side effects. What I have read is that baclofen has been used for decades and is still being used at high doses (up to 300mg/day) for MS patients with only minor side effects. Can you direct me to credible, medical references that back your statement?
