Anon - It's difficult to know exactly what is causing your pain, and whether or not the sciatic nerve is involved. There are reports of both men and women having sciatic nerve pain after masturbation, but there could also be other causes.

It sounds like you are trying to self-treat this and have not seen a healthcare provider. You really do need to see a doctor and find out what is causing the pain, and, more importantly how to stop it.
