I am having the exact same problem and I am freaking out. I have RSD so I'm on a number of strong pain meds, including oxy. Recently I had spinal implant removed and the incisions got infected so that meant more meds and my period has completely stopped. I went from normal periods to none. My doctor doesn't seem concerned and says it's the meds. I'm thinking I should go to a gynecologist for a second opinion. Did you do this as well or did you trust the pain doctor's opinion and leave well enough alone (because lord knows there are enough other things to worry about)?
I did want to ask too if you find your quality of life better with the pain pump? I'm having horrible internal side effects from all the pills and the doctor wants me to consider it as an option. I don't know anyone with a pain pump to ask. Thanks!
