First of all i would like to say that you have been doing a great Job,this is fantastic and MUST be APPRECIATED,,Once again ,Thanks on behalf of many people who need your support and have been supported by you ,
I believe i have good cholesterol but have surely got my arteries hardened or narrowed, all i want to know is the following;
1) I heard the effects are irreversible; i am afraid, are they so?
2) just wanted to confirm garlic just controls cholesterol and doesn't serve any purpose for narrowed down arteries
3) if not garlic, does Ginger mean the same thing, is there any herb that can be taken then,just a question.I wil try to flaxseed,i like them.
4) I have High BP, sometimes around 140/80 or 150/90 , that can happen due to smoking also ,can i do YOGA(if it is going to help my arteries) or in other terms i would like to ask,CAN YOGA TAKE THE PLACE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES SAY RUNNING,which would be better for me YOGA or Running/weight lifting
