Yes,There is always a chance you could be pregnant.Missing pills and doubling the next day,is not a definate way to override the missed day.Also,if you are already pregnant,taking birth control pills will not terminate the pregnancy.Men produce,for lack of better words,pre-cum(the little bit of fluid that comes out when sexually aroused etc.).This fluid contains sperm.I would wait to see if your period comes in the next couple of days.Then agian missing your pills can make changes in the time your period comes.So this could be one of those wait & see situations.I wish you the best of luck!
