You don't mention your age, but it could be relevant here. Perhaps you are starting with perimenopause. This will change the length of your cycle and also the length and amount of bleeding with your periods until eventually you don't have them.
You should never have blood in your urine. That would be a sign of infection. Sometimes when you have your period and you urinate it washes some blood off of the area that is already there, but it should not be in your urine.
