Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question. Yeast infections are common and could be caused sexually or non-sexually. As for your question, the answer would be yes, it is certainly possible. The woman's vagina is so sensitive to yeast (bacteria) infections that there are many things that may cause them.

I remember going to my physician once because I constantly had yeast infections with a monogamous partner and the reason was because of the certain kind of beer he drank that caused so many yeast infections in my body. Something so simple as changing the type of beer saved my many uncomfortable days on yeast cream to stop the infections.

Since women need a little TLC in the genital area, oral health may be a possibility as to why you continually get yeast infections as well. The vaginal area (and what ever comes in contact with the area) should always be clean. A human mouth is not the most cleanliest!

I would make an appointment with your physician to try and rule out possibilities as to why you continually get yeast infections. As in my case, I would have never known to change something he was ingesting that was causing my own distress. Your physician may be able to chime in on a clear reason why it is continuous.

I hope this helps. Can you please keep us updated?
