In order to become pregnant, you need to have intercourse. Or, at least have penis-to-vagina stimulation with the man's penis ejaculating semen on/near your vagina. Your clothes would need to be removed.
- You can not become pregnant with a back rub.
- You can not become pregnant by having your thighs or breasts touched.
You also can not be pregnant if you continue having periods.
Why are you worried about pregnancy? Are you feeling like the physical intimacy between you two is too much, and you are feeling uncomfortable and wanting a reason to stop?
Your physical symptoms could be anything, but if you are having abdominal swelling, you may need to talk with your doctor. Vertigo can be treated as well.
