I am on the IUD Paraguard. I got it placed back in Feb and since then innotice during ovulation I get slight cramping and begin to spot and then I get my period right on time. This month I got my ovulation cramps and spotting on the 11th had unprotected sex the 3rd 10th,19th, & 23rd. After the 11th though I started feeling off a bit. But didn't think much about it. Boobs started to hurt not much to the touch but they were aching. Then on the 19th I started spotting again and though AF was coming since it was due that week. Then I began to get what seemed like vertigo almost everyday. On top of that I have had very watery CM. The 23rd is when my period was scheduled to come and it didn't show. Now I am 5 days late with even more symptoms... bloating constipated bloating backaches tender boobs dizziness and feeling nauseous... but pregnancy test that I took on the 24th was negative. My uterus feels sore but I'm not sure if it's because I've been bloated and constipated. What do you all think?
