The surest way to know if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. If it comes out positive, congrats! If it comes out negative, wait until next month and see if you get your period, if not, take another test. If you are concerned about your cycle, don't be shy about contacting your doctor to ask, especially since you've just recently come off two different types of birth control.
