Well you wont know for sure if you are pregnant until you take a test. Did you look into possible spotting/cramping due to missing pills? That has happened to me in the past. I have been on the pill for about 7 years but stopped 8 months ago. I recently just started them again. They say the possibility of pregnancy increases if you have missed pills so I guess it is possible.
