From your description, there would be no chance of pregnancy. His ejaculatory fluid was on his own body, and may have come into contact with your underwear after-the-fact, so it was not actively coming out onto your underwear. A few drops of semen would not penetrate through your underwear.
Additionally, if you are using your birth control consistently and correctly, it is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy.
