Sometimes if you have a bad case of vaginal thrush it can take a while for the rawness and discomfort to go away, but if you still have the discharge or the symptoms are not improving a bit by today I suggest contacting your health care provider about doing another course of treatment. I know with the over the counter metronidazole treatments sometimes the one day or three day does not resolve symptoms for women as well as the seven day treatment.
