The best way to get them is through food, but you can also get them through supplements. Research shows they reduce inflammation and may help lower the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer and arthritis. They are not a weight loss supplement and will not support a weight loss plan but will help maintain good health as part of an overall health plan.
