Hi cerly robin,
Sharp, burning pain in your nipples indicates that you need to go to a doctor. This could be an infection, as your nipples should not be painful.

You have not taken any type of hormonal contraception for 7 months, and you have not had a period since January (6 months?).

If you were able to have a blood test taken recently to confirm that you are not pregnant, can you go back to this clinic, doctor or hospital and have a medical evaluation for your pain? What doctor did you go to for the blood test (since you do not have insurance), and what did this doctor tell you about your lack of menses?
