Thank you for your question and for being a part of the EmpowHer community.
So sorry you're having to deal with endometriosis. I've heard it can be very painful and otherwise hard to deal with. From what I've seen online infertility is the largest concern (if you are in childbearing years). The other concern is the slight possibility endometrial implants may turn cancerous down the road. Studies have not shown any increase of cancer over other tissue. I did an interview with a friend who had endometriosis late last year. I've heard that if you tell your doctor you don't have insurance they often will work with you on their prices knowing you're paying out of pocket. There also may be a clinic nearby that you could visit.
