Birth control pills only work properly if you take them properly. Missing them and making up with a few in the manner you are is just about the same as not taking them at all. You are having unprotected sex and risking pregnancy.
There are non-latex condoms available. As far as the pills you can ask a pharmacist but your best bet is to either continue through the month taking them every day and using a secondary method of contraception, or just starting over on a new month and using a secondary method for that month. Otherwise, you are risking pregnancy.
